In every context it will
differ suppose for unhealthy person health achievement will be Yoga, through
shatkarma, asana, Pranyama etc. for anxious & depressed person, sound
mental health & peace is yoga through pratyahara, mantra,
concentration/dharana & dhyan. For a person struggling for bread and butter
yoga is gain of food via karma yoga- Skill in action is yoga. An emotionally
disturbed person, channelizing his/her prana through Bhakti Yoga, swara yoga,
nada yoga is yoga. for spiritual aspirant - connecting the inner world through
mantra, dhyan will be yoga, for environmentalist - problem of global warming ,-
yanja is solution to connect with nature and balance it , is yoga etc. in
social & political context unity & brotherhood -"vasudhaiva
kutumbakam" compassion for all as I am all or "nar hi
narayan" 🙏- but the basic is Union - Yoga. We are in Viyoga -
suffering, scarcity, lacking etc. once we get it, realize it becomes YOGA.
