How not to attract problems
First acceptance then fear of problem
vanishes and flux of negative thought will cease, second awareness of upcoming
problems which will give the
preparedness. Once prepared to face positively spontaneously the DRASTHA bhav /
witnessing attitude will develop toward the problem and the effect of being
involved with problem will go, for example if we know somebody is in trouble
and we don't know the person so don't get involve into his trouble, we just
witness it but the moment thought comes I may have the same trouble and then
what will happen, and u r in the trap or
loop of negativity.

Shani Dev – the karma yoga
Today 04.41 pm onwards amavasya tithi will start (Shani jyanthi) and will end tomorrow 03.32 pm as per sunrise concept tomorrow whole day is amavasya* Shani Jayanti is an auspicious day for people those who believe in action, the karma. Shanidev is the authority of divine Justice system. he gives benefits to all, depending upon their deeds. Shani Dev unlike Human beings has a very different concept of right and wrong. To him what is wrong is wrong and what is right is right there are no gray areas or bad deeds done for the sake of good as per human conception So he is the true and ultimate judge of Deeds with no partiality or special favor to anyone. He forces people to be disciplined, to understand that one needs to be humble, focused, patient, and hardworking to achieve success. Shani's energy is an enemy of egoistic personas, and devotees honestly believe one cannot get away with being vain and snooty without inviting the wrath of Shani energy. ‘Let us be humble, honest, sincere, discipline and not boastful for any of our achievements as every thing happens with the grace of God.

GUPTA NAVRATRA
Gupta
Navratra
GUPTA NAVRATRA -
Navaratri, or the nine days of sadhana, is traditionally celebrated as a
festival. During this period, according to the different ancient text, Shakti
(Durga) was victorious over the negative forces or demons. Traditionally, it is
the victory of Shakti which is remembered during these nine days. Navaratri
falls 4 times during the year, once in
the month of April and once in the month of September which is known to all of
us but Gupta Navratra is not very popular among people but for spiritual
aspirants, Gupta Navaratri has a special meaning because, due to the lining up
of grahas & nakshtra
environment is full of energy
that any form of spiritual sadhana or pooja becomes conducive to material and
spiritual development. This month we have Gupta Navratra from 3rd July for 9
days.
For nine days sadhakas create a change in
their lives through a concentrated effort to follow a specific spiritual discipline
as navratri sadhana.

Shree yantra the secret of creation
Shree Yantra is a sacred geometry and are used for meditation
in Yogic tradition since ages. The Shee Yantra is considered to be the tool for obtaining and
fulfilling all worldly desires, material manifestations as well as spiritual
growth. Actually The Sri Yantra is a mathematically precise design
and based upon Golden Proportion or Phi ratio. Everything that
exists in nature, is constructed in a proportionately precise manner and
this proportion is called the Golden/Phi ratio. The beauty of someone’s
face is also based upon these Golden Proportions, Our bodies are also
roughly based on this Golden Proportion (which, for the mathematicians is 1.618
and based on the Fibonacci sequence). In simple terms, the Golden Ratio
suggests that everything, starting from the tiniest speck, expands and grows in
proportions of 1.618, from a microscopic level to a macroscopic level for
increased stability and beauty. Famous mathematicians, such as Pythagorus, also
commented on the Golden Ratio and it being the blueprint applied to all of
creation. Even sound and our hearing system follows this same
ratio. The shape of the auditory canal follows the Golden Proportion. The
finest music known to man is also based on Golden Proportion. The union of
shree yantra trangles upward & downward is the unity of Masculine (or left
brain) and Feminine (or right brain). All the beautiful, auspicious creations
have precisely the golden proportions of Shree yantra. This must be the reason
to give name of this chakra SHREE (ever auspicious) by our ancient seers or
Sanatan Vedic Scientists.
Similar structure in the Star of David, is nothing but copy
of Shree yantra. Shree yantra is closely associated with the Flower of Life/ the embryonic
stage of human which is also the blueprint for the
creation of matter, sound and consciousness.
Pineal gland – the power house to manifest anything
The Pineal gland is a small endocrine gland in the
brain. Its shape resembles a tiny pine cone (hence
its name), and it is located in the epithalamus, near the center of the brain,
between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two halves of the
thalamus join. The emphasis can be seen on the Pine cone in various
architecture from around the world like Egyptian Pyraminds, Angkor Wat
Cambodia, Egyptian Solar God, Buddha, and
in yogic system as Ida-Pingala-Sushumna nadi coil or rising kundalini.
In Yogic system the pineal gland is referred to as the ‘Ajna’
or ‘3rd Eye’ chakra. Modern studies reveal that the gland contains rods and
cones – just like those found in the retina of our eyes! This
is why when we visualize something strongly enough, we can literally see it “in
your mind’s eye.” (Same as in yogic practice of tratak- antar & bahir trataka).
Pineal gland receives more blood flow per cubic area than
any other gland in our body. This tiny little gland gets the highest
concentration of energy. Studies show our pineal gland secretes a substance
called Dimethyltriptamine
(DMT). The interesting thing about DMT is that it causes
experiences which can take us well beyond common states of awareness, yes.
Pineal gland is also important to our physical and mental health,
and its wellbeing has been linked to memory, creativity, intuition and critical
thinking skills. It plays an important role in our sleep and waking
cycles. Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD-25), the Minute quantities of this
substance, were found to cause profound alterations in consciousness, inducing
states ranging from deeply felt spiritual and mystical experiences to paranoia
and schizophrenia. The LSD-25 molecule was found to be structurally very
similar to the serotonin molecule, produced by Pineal gland. Pineal gland is the physical medium which
regulates the chemistry of altered states of consciousness. Before the
regression of the pineal gland and the subsequent onset of puberty, children
have ready access to a far more diverse range of conscious experience than
adult human beings.
"Unless you become once more like little children you
cannot re-enter the kingdom of heaven" precisely this the process of
reactivating the pineal gland which was deactivated at the puberty.
The Yantras are considered to be a symbol of immense power
partly because when we meditate for prolonged periods on it, focuses the attention on the
area between eyebrows, (the Shambhavi mudra in yogic system) which
stimulates the pineal gland. Pineal gland is the
key to become masters of manifestation. Our system just needs reprograming to
achieve the success and desire to life we really want by using sounds and
symbols / Yantras (specially Shree yantra) & mantras.
Yoga in different contexts
In every context it will
differ suppose for unhealthy person health achievement will be Yoga, through
shatkarma, asana, Pranyama etc. for anxious & depressed person, sound
mental health & peace is yoga through pratyahara, mantra,
concentration/dharana & dhyan. For a person struggling for bread and butter
yoga is gain of food via karma yoga- Skill in action is yoga. An emotionally
disturbed person, channelizing his/her prana through Bhakti Yoga, swara yoga,
nada yoga is yoga. for spiritual aspirant - connecting the inner world through
mantra, dhyan will be yoga, for environmentalist - problem of global warming ,-
yanja is solution to connect with nature and balance it , is yoga etc. in
social & political context unity & brotherhood -"vasudhaiva
kutumbakam" compassion for all as I am all or "nar hi
narayan" 🙏- but the basic is Union - Yoga. We are in Viyoga -
suffering, scarcity, lacking etc. once we get it, realize it becomes YOGA.
Shakambari Navaratri
Shakambhari devi Incarnated
as to mitigate famine and severe food crisis on the Earth. She is also known as
Goddess of vegetables, fruits and green leaves and depicted with green
surroundings of fruits and vegetables.
According to the
scriptures, Shakambari Navaratri also has great significance like Gupta
Navaratri. Mata Shakambhari
(Shakambhari) is one of the incarnations of Goddess Durga. The description of which is found in the
Puranas like Skanda Purana, Markandeya Purana, Bhagavata etc. On these days of Navratri,
mythological deeds are performed, especially Mata Annapurna is practiced. It is
mentioned in the Puranas that Devi took this incarnation when the creation of
demons caused a famine in the creation. The goddess then appeared in Shakambhari form. He had 1,000 eyes in this form. When she saw the very pathetic form of her
devotees, she kept crying for 9 consecutive days.
The tears
that came out of his eyes while crying caused famine and greenery enveloped all
around. Goddess Durga has the form
of 'Shakambhari', who had a thousand eyes, hence Mother is also called
'Shatakshi'. Shakambari Navratri begins
on Ashtami and ends on Purnima in Paush month.
Navaratri is an annual awakening
Navaratri is an annual awakening - call to
experience and express afresh the divine nature, to make manifest the light of
truth and love in order to vanquish and conquer the forces of evil within. The
Divine Mother represents the triumph of the divine power over the dark forces
of negativity. In the struggle between the dual factors of good and evil, truth
and untruth, virtue and vice, freedom/evolution and involution, light and
darkness. The occasion of Navaratri, therefore, is a reminder to the
householders as well as aspirant of the great cosmic law that the divine will
always prevail ultimately over the un-divine. It is the time of living worship
that truly transforms and spiritualises you more quickly and leads you on to
the highest realisation.

BHAIRAV JAYANTI
Bhairava is a fierce manifestation of
Shiva associated with annihilation. Generally in India, Bhairava is also called
Dandapani (as he holds a rod or Danda to punish sinners). Bhairava originates
from the word bhīru, which means "fearful". Bhairava means
"terribly fearful form". It is also known as one who destroys fear or
one who is beyond fear. There is also another interpretation: Bha means
creation, ra means sustenance and va means destruction. Therefore, Bhairava is
the one who creates, sustains and dissolves the three stages of life.
Therefore, he becomes the ultimate or the supreme. Bhairava himself has eight
manifestations i.e. Ashta Bhairava. The Ashta Bhairavas control the eight
directions of this universe. Each Bhairava has seven sub Bhairavas under him,
totaling 64 Bhairavas.
• Asithaanga Bhairava
• Ruru Bhairava
• Chanda Bhairava
• Krodha Bhairava
• Unmattha Bhairava
• Kapaala Bhairava
• Bheeshana Bhairava
• Samhaara Bhairava
other popular Bhairavas form are - in
The Rudrayamala Tantra- Batuk bhairav, Swarnnakarshan Bhairav-the benevolent
form , Kaal, Bhairav etc
Kala Bhairava is known as the Guru of
the planetary deity Shani/ Saturn. It is said that Shiva allocated the job of
guarding each of the 52 Shaktipeeths to one Bhairava. There are said to be 52
forms of Bhairava, which are considered a manifestation of Shiva himself.
Krishna paksha Ashtami of Margshirsha / Agahan is celebrated as Bhairav
Ashtami. In Buddhism also Bhairava (Tibetan: 'Jigs byed; Chinese: Buwei) is
worshipped as a deity and a dharmapala or dharma protector. The Vijñāna
Bhairava Tantra is a key text for Bhairava & Bhairavi, which talk about
Tantric meditation methods and the way to realization of the highest reality.
The worship of this form of Lord
Shiva does not cause fear of death and all the sufferings of life go away. It
is believed that by worshiping them one can get rid of diseases and any kind of
enemies.
Mantra: “Aum Bhram Kaalbhairavaye

RAMA
"RAMA" the akshra 'Ra' represents
light or knowledge and the 'Ma' manas the individual self, so Rama means
limited self/a man in search of real
knowledge . Lord Rama's life is symbol of purity and duty. Every year the
celebration of Rama Navami is an effort
needed to transform the nature, personality, mental, emotional behaviour
with the goal of attaining purity to realize the self. The catalyst to bring
out the inner purity and strength is faith, bhakti and conviction. Happy Rama

Samskaras
Samskaras are latent impression in our
consciousness. Just as a passport is a record of travel, samskaras are a record
of the soul's travel thorough life. They are destructive and constructive
impressions of our life on the pages of consciousness book. Similarly the DNA
helix does not only carry the genetic impression but the impressions and memories of our soul's
journey of many lifetimes, which is not known to us completely. Most of us
carry or hold the negative impression easily but not the impression of love,
care and nurturing. Destruction is what we easily identity with, only very few
people identify with construction and beauty of life. These samskaras dictate
our behaviour and force one to act at different times, events and people. The
best time to sow the seeds of positive and constructive samskaras is in our
childhood. But by being aware anytime and at any age/stage of life, one can work through these and do the cultivation of new set of samskaras.

Akshya Tritiya
Akshya Tritiya : falling on 7th May of this
year, which is the Vaishakh mah shukla paksha tritiya tithi. Akshya the imperishable aspect of the
creation the Devi/Matri who is the force behind this universe. In Devi
Bhagavatam it says that: "If Shiva be deprived of Shakti, He becomes a lifeless corpse. She is
present everywhere, in everything, in this universe, from highest Brahma to the
lowest blade of grass. Verily, everything becomes quite inert, if deprived of
force. You are in all aspects. The entire universe is manifest in you. Oh
universal mother, at thy feet I bow. 'Shakti Tatiya'. This festival is
dedicated to remind us the 'Akshya' power of her. We realized the necessity of
energy and strength for survival and self-protection, collectively and
individually in the daily pursuit of life. Through energy and strength we
gained respect, honour and acclaim in society. Energy dispelled the darkness of
ignorance and opened wide the door to vast realms of knowledge and many dormant
faculties. With energy and knowledge we achieved success in all material and
spiritual endeavours. Happy Akshya Tritiya

Hanuman - the epitome of bhakti
Lord Hanuman, the epitome of bhakti with prembhav, the most perfect example of devotion/ bhakti, excellence, strength and obedience, was able to leap across the ocean to Lanka on the strength of Ram's name, while Ram had to build a bridge! The Negativity of human life cannot be eradicated. The very basis of existence is craving. As long as we have cravings, the negativity of life cannot be eliminated because the mind receives the fruit of our cravings. When the seed of bhakti is allowed to grow and flower, it envelops our whole being with pure love, not the cravings. Bhakti exists in everyone. This pure, unselfish love is just waiting to be unfolded and to manifest itself within us. We must only water the seed so our bhakti can unfold and open up inside us. Bhakti is a very powerful means to realise our true self and to establish our true nature within us. The bhakta/ devotee overcomes all hurdles, mental and physical, financial, social with the greatest of ease, quicker than the plodding rationalist or the cautious intellectual. The power of bhakti/ love sends him soaring towards his ideal. To ignite the Hanuman within us, needed is total unreserved self-surrender. There is no loss in this. It is by no means a bad bargain. It is a mighty gain indeed! You have purchased Him by showing your love unto Him. He is your slave now. Lets begin this ignition on this Hanuman Janmotsava (19-4-19, chaitra poornima) with the attitude of Lord Hanuman, "Physically, I am the servant of my master. Mentally, my master is my friend. Spiritually, my master and I are one."

Ekadashi / Fasting
Our digestive tract has a unique capability of secreting the exact quantity and combination of juices required for a particular mixture of food. Such a beautiful creation of God, we human being and its functioning system. Good digestion is very basis of our health. But food neurosis is a far worse problem now a days than the body deficient of nutrients. We keep thinking of food, type, time, nutrients, taste etc for our body and endup with feasting. And, we tend to forget the resting part and when to give rest for our digestive system, yes Fasting. Fasting is one of the Vedic and Yogic practice to maintain the balance in Sattwa, Rajas & Tamas Guna in our system. In other words, to purify the body and create the harmony in the hormonal system, thus able to manage and cure many diseases. Now the science of fasting has been accepted and researched with approval of its great benefits. Many research findings tend to confirm that fasting allows the autonomic systems of the body to function at a relaxed baseline level, free from the erratic and disruptive influences of the nervous system and hormones. Studies on fasting and brain waves noted a slowing and synchronization of alpha waves, the more relaxed state, together with an increased incidence of theta waves, the introspective state of awareness. But still the concept of fasting on a particular day of month or during the festival time as per the vedic system not clear to everybody. Lunar cycle of dark and bright fortnights have a powerful influence over the biological functions of the human body. Every day is not the same within these cycles. On certain days, for example, the digestive system is very active, and on others it is not. The 11th (Ekadashi), 13th (tryodashi or Pradosh) and 15th (Poornima & Amavasya) days of the dark and bright fortnights are said to have disturbing effects on the body, mind and emotions. Therefore, fasting is traditionally undertaken on these days in order to maintain balance within the whole system. Ekadashi fasting is especially important for ladies, because it has a stabilizing effect on the menstrual cycle. Most mental cases disturbances become particularly acute around the dark or full moon periods and observing fasting on these dates have great balancing effect on our mind & emotions. Series of fasting days which is observed during the rainy seasons (shravan maas) are also very popular in India and Japan, specially avoiding milk in shravan maas and offering it to Shivlingam. Navratri fasting again, to keep the mind relaxed and aware to receive the high energy of the universe during that time. Many types of fasting are suggested like water, no water (Nirjala), milk, fruit, skipping meal in the vedic system as per the climate, age and condition of the body etc. Mouna (Silence) is higher form of fasting. Not entertaining thoughts of food is also fasting 😀 So Happy Fasting. Dr Mrinalini K, 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Agrim Yoga

Ganga Dusshera
Jyestha shukla paksha Dashami tithi is the day celebrated as Ganga Dusshera. If we go deep into the date, actually this is the peak summer season, when climate is having high prana/heat, at physiological level the metabolic rate is higher at this period of time.
Now look at the Yogic view, different forces in our body is of vital importance for the awakening of chakras (psychic energy centres) & Kundalini. Out of all, 3 major forces are of greatest importance known as IDA the mental force, PINGALA the pranic force & SUSHMNA the spiritual force. These 3 forces are represented externally as Ganga, Yamuma & Saraswati and its meeting at Prayag is total dissolution means the Yoga. They actually stand as an external manifestation of the inner phenomenon of the kundalini awakening. So the GANGA is our Pingala Nadi the vital/ physical/ sympathetic nerve/ the left brain of logical mind.
The festival of Ganga Jayanti (30th April 2020) to Ganga Dusshera (1st June 2020) is a month dedicated to the awareness of this force within and descent of Ganga for the awakening of Pingala force the Surya - Nadi responsible for the human evolution from instinct to the intuition. The story that the Sun was eaten by Lord Hanuman is actually represents the gaining of complete mastery over his pranic force the Surya Nadi. Begin the process of awakening of Ganga within. Ganga Aradhana stotram, mantra, Surya aradhna- mantra, yoga sadhana, wearing surya rudraksha and ratna helps in awakening of Ganga/ Pingala Nadi energy. Activation of Pingala Nadi ensures the best health, Ojas, Tejas, power, courage, reasoning and logical capacity etc.
