Makar Sankranti
Prana is a force that sustains not only the body but also creation at every level. It is multidimensional energy, a combination of electrical, magnetic, electromagnetic, photonic, ocular, thermal and mental energies. Sun is the source of electromagnetic radiation through which we can harness and activate or access the field of pranic energy within our body and mind, this is the reason sun is called "Pratyaksh Devta" . Means he is the source of life. Modern Scientific research has highlighted the direct effect of Sunlight on the pineal gland, by regular exposure of Sunlight the pineal gland get stimulated and produces serotonin which gets converted into "tryptamines" which is the chemical basis for different kinds of profound changes in our sensory perception and thoughts, visions and the higher spiritual experiences. Many scientific benefits are well known as, we get Vitamin D which plays a crucial role in brain development and function, regulation in our nervous system and immune system, moderate exposure of ultraviolet rays are very useful for the skin conditions, sunlight can effectively kill microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses etc. this is the reason in Sanatan Culture Surya has been always considered as Devata. Greeks, South- Central Americans, Mexican even Romans were also worshipping the sun. salutation and adoration of the sun is mainly found in Saurya - Tantra tradition. Makar Sankranti custom is actually a part of Saurya Tantra Upasana. Sankranti is actually a positive transition that occurs when the sun moves from one Zodiac to another. Makar Sankranti is the time when sun is moving to the Makar Rashi like that the entire year is divided according to the 12 Sankrantis of 12 zodiacs. As Surya moves through the 12 constellations in each of the 12 months, it is a different Aditya who signs.
12 Adityas manifest a specific potency and has a different role and function in the created universe.
The 12 Sankrantis are divided into two Ayans - Uttarayan and Dakshinayan. Makar Sankranti is the Uttarayan Sankranti and the Kark Sankranti is the dakshinayan Sankranti, these two Sankrantis are related to the winter and summer solstice.
Tomorrow at 8:15 am the Sun is transiting into Makar Rashi.

How not to attract problems
First acceptance then fear of problem
vanishes and flux of negative thought will cease, second awareness of upcoming
problems which will give the
preparedness. Once prepared to face positively spontaneously the DRASTHA bhav /
witnessing attitude will develop toward the problem and the effect of being
involved with problem will go, for example if we know somebody is in trouble
and we don't know the person so don't get involve into his trouble, we just
witness it but the moment thought comes I may have the same trouble and then
what will happen, and u r in the trap or
loop of negativity.

Shani Dev – the karma yoga
Today 04.41 pm onwards amavasya tithi will start (Shani jyanthi) and will end tomorrow 03.32 pm as per sunrise concept tomorrow whole day is amavasya* Shani Jayanti is an auspicious day for people those who believe in action, the karma. Shanidev is the authority of divine Justice system. he gives benefits to all, depending upon their deeds. Shani Dev unlike Human beings has a very different concept of right and wrong. To him what is wrong is wrong and what is right is right there are no gray areas or bad deeds done for the sake of good as per human conception So he is the true and ultimate judge of Deeds with no partiality or special favor to anyone. He forces people to be disciplined, to understand that one needs to be humble, focused, patient, and hardworking to achieve success. Shani's energy is an enemy of egoistic personas, and devotees honestly believe one cannot get away with being vain and snooty without inviting the wrath of Shani energy. ‘Let us be humble, honest, sincere, discipline and not boastful for any of our achievements as every thing happens with the grace of God.

GUPTA NAVRATRA
Gupta
Navratra
GUPTA NAVRATRA -
Navaratri, or the nine days of sadhana, is traditionally celebrated as a
festival. During this period, according to the different ancient text, Shakti
(Durga) was victorious over the negative forces or demons. Traditionally, it is
the victory of Shakti which is remembered during these nine days. Navaratri
falls 4 times during the year, once in
the month of April and once in the month of September which is known to all of
us but Gupta Navratra is not very popular among people but for spiritual
aspirants, Gupta Navaratri has a special meaning because, due to the lining up
of grahas & nakshtra
environment is full of energy
that any form of spiritual sadhana or pooja becomes conducive to material and
spiritual development. This month we have Gupta Navratra from 3rd July for 9
days.
For nine days sadhakas create a change in
their lives through a concentrated effort to follow a specific spiritual discipline
as navratri sadhana.

Shree yantra the secret of creation
Shree Yantra is a sacred geometry and are used for meditation
in Yogic tradition since ages. The Shee Yantra is considered to be the tool for obtaining and
fulfilling all worldly desires, material manifestations as well as spiritual
growth. Actually The Sri Yantra is a mathematically precise design
and based upon Golden Proportion or Phi ratio. Everything that
exists in nature, is constructed in a proportionately precise manner and
this proportion is called the Golden/Phi ratio. The beauty of someone’s
face is also based upon these Golden Proportions, Our bodies are also
roughly based on this Golden Proportion (which, for the mathematicians is 1.618
and based on the Fibonacci sequence). In simple terms, the Golden Ratio
suggests that everything, starting from the tiniest speck, expands and grows in
proportions of 1.618, from a microscopic level to a macroscopic level for
increased stability and beauty. Famous mathematicians, such as Pythagorus, also
commented on the Golden Ratio and it being the blueprint applied to all of
creation. Even sound and our hearing system follows this same
ratio. The shape of the auditory canal follows the Golden Proportion. The
finest music known to man is also based on Golden Proportion. The union of
shree yantra trangles upward & downward is the unity of Masculine (or left
brain) and Feminine (or right brain). All the beautiful, auspicious creations
have precisely the golden proportions of Shree yantra. This must be the reason
to give name of this chakra SHREE (ever auspicious) by our ancient seers or
Sanatan Vedic Scientists.
Similar structure in the Star of David, is nothing but copy
of Shree yantra. Shree yantra is closely associated with the Flower of Life/ the embryonic
stage of human which is also the blueprint for the
creation of matter, sound and consciousness.
