Why is it easy to be negative?

Why is it easy to be negative?
Identifying more or easily with negative is the response of our reptilian brain. The primitive brain which responds to threats or fear mainly. Fear which is one of the common human instinct. This part of brain is responsible for 4 Fs - food, fight, fleeing, f... (Explicit word)/ Reproduction. In our yogic terminology we call it the human consciousness at Mooladhara level (highest in animals & lowest in human being) which is closest to the animal. Neuroanatomy refers it as reptilian brain part of human triune brain. And the entire philosophy and science of yoga and spirituality revolves around this to evolve from reptilian brain consciousness to higher level of consciousness, reaching to Sahasrar consciousness means becoming the God. Psychology says mind to super mind. Means Journey of Pashu to Pashupati. 🙏🙏🙏Dr Mrinalini k

Negative versus Positive

Negative versus Positive
Why is it easy to be negative about a person, situation, event, circumstance than positive. Our brains tend to undervalue all the good things or part and overvalue all the negative things or part, done by the same person or of the same circumstances . This often results in not forgiving the person when they screw up or giving up the efforts for the positive results.
This is part of a larger problem with our brain, holding on to more negatives than positives. There is a saying that “one bad deed can ruin years of good deeds”. Why??? You can change that at least in your case. Lets bias towards good deeds than bad.
If anything, the key to happiness is making more positive associations than negative associations about a person or situation. Be grateful for what you have got and show gratitude for the person even if they slip sometimes here and there.

Yoga – Viyoga – Yoga (interaction)

Yoga – Viyoga – Yoga (interaction)
In quantum physics, physicist are not sure about what happens the wave becomes a particle or other way round. There are different theories the collapse of the wave function, decoherence. But they all agreed on one thing that reality comes into being through an INTERACTION. What we say as Shiva Shakti created the universe the 3 dimensional reality. The spiritual cycle of Yoga - Viyoga - Yoga

Life & Problems

Life & Problems
Problem is not our natural inclination or expression. Sudden influx of negative thought can become a problem, Desire can become a problem. Logically "don't have problems" but our nature of dynamism, motion, activity, motivation in life "keep on attracting problems". Silence and peace doesn't remain permanent. So problems, friction, difficulties, conflicts, troubles, struggle are to be accepted rather than shunned. It cannot be avoided, but effort needs for not to attract them...

Evolution is natural

Evolution is natural
Nature's scheme or rhythm is that everyone will rise above instinct / limitations. In the cosmic theory this is the stage of dissolution which eradicates all that has been done until now. Physicist call it Black hole theory. Emerging from KALI to merging back to her. The process of dissolution operates at both the cosmic and individual levels. At the individual level we can see the change of time with lots of destruction/ loss/ feeling and experience of all gone or Ketu's destruction in our life cycle. But actually it is the black hole process of life, which transforms us. The cycle of KALI (merging) to TARA (emerging) to KALI (merging)..

YAJNA/HAVAN

YAJNA/HAVAN
"Yajna changes the human psyche - through the fire, the mantras, the invocation of the higher forces, all the ritual aspects. When external ritual becomes internal, then it becomes jnana. Jnana, karma and bhakti are needed for a complete human experience. People suffer when they ignore one of these three. Yajna is a complete process of living a spiritual life. It is belief, action and lifestyle and this has a human and global impact. All yogas are integrated in the process of yajna. You perceive yourself as the offerer and the offering."
